Our founding partner, Messrs Tope Awe is a seasoned professional of international repute; a graduate of Economics from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria and a Fellow (FCA) of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria (ICAN), an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN) and Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM). Tope is also a certified professional in Risk and Information System Control (CRISC) of Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA) and a Certified International Project Manager (CIPM) of American Academy of Project Management (AAPM).
Before he found the firm (Temitope Awe & Co.), Tope began his professional career with Ernst & Young, an international firm of Accountants and Consultants in September 1992 and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1997. While at Ernst & Young, he handled critical assignments covering statutory audit, special audit, management consultancy and financial advisory services etc. He resigned his appointment with Ernst & Young in December 2000 to pursue a career in Banking.
Tope had a fruitful career in banking spanning over a decade. He started with Access Bank Plc in January 2001 and later joined Intercontinental Bank Plc in May 2002. At Intercontinental Bank Plc he rose to the position of Group Head of Quality Assurance and Process Improvement in the inspectorate division, where he and his team successfully accomplished the review of the bank's policies, procedures and processes. He resigned his appointment from Intercontinental Bank Plc in December 2011 and began full professional private practice.
He is widely travelled and has attended various local and international offshore management courses. He was in Bangalore, India for six weeks course on Banking Application customization and set up for Flexcube Banking Application among others.

Tayo Adedayo
Tayo is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria (ICAN), a member of Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN) and a Project Management Professional (PMP) and member of the prestigious and globally re-known Project Management Institutes (PMI), USA. He holds a Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in Project Management from Robert Gordon University, Aberdeen; a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Business (Finance) with First Class honours from University of Wales, and an HND in Accountancy from Kwara State Polytechnics, Ilorin.
Tayo possesses a vast experience and a unique approach to business and tax consulting with specific emphasis on corporate tax compliance, tax audit and investigation, tax planning and expatriate tax advisory. His added background in project management is an edge, as our clients' assignments are handled in a project-like manner, which is the global trend in business and management practices. His experience in professional practice spans over 12 years, out which he worked firms like Olushola Adekanola & Co as a senior audit staff before joining Temitope Awe & Co.
He has attended various seminars, workshops, conferences and professional congresses organized both locally and internationally.
Tayo is a Partner in Temitope Awe & Company and handles our Abuja office. Our Abuja office has primary responsibility for all client engagement in the North Central, North East and North West in Nigeria.
Adetunji, Olanrewaju Adedamola
Lanre holds a B.Tech (Hons) degree in Mathematics/Computer Science, from Federal University Of Technology, Minna (FUTMIN) and Masters in Business Administration (MBA), from Ladoke Akintola University, Ogbomosho.
He is also a Certified Microsoft Engineer (MSCE) and an Associate member of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE).
Lanre has over 14 years working experience spanning Information Technology practice and Banking. He began his working career with Aitalor Nigeria Limited, an IT company rendering IT services (training, software/hardware development, recommendation & supplies and Networking) to USAID, Oil Companies and Banks. He was with Aitalor Nig Ltd for almost 3 years.
He left Aitalor Nigeria Limited for Global Bank Plc. At Global Bank Plc he rose to the position of Deputy Head, System Audit Department. At Global Bank Plc, Lanre and his team successfully implemented system control, Policies, Procedure and Processes for the Bank. He also worked as the Branch Compliance Officer in more than 10 branches of the Bank.
He joined Intercontinental Bank Plc in 2006 after the merger of both Intercontinental Bank Plc and Global Bank Plc. At Intercontinental Bank, he rose to the position of Deputy Head of Customer Complaints, Account Reconciliation and Archives Department under the Inspectorate Group of the Bank.
Lanre resigned from Intercontinental Bank Plc to bring his wealth of experience to our firm. He is currently the Principal Consultant in charge of Strategy & Business Development.
Olumide Obatusin
He is a graduate of Economics from Ondo State University, Akure and a Member of Chartered Institute of Economics of Nigeria.
Olumide had a fruitful career in banking spanning over 18 years covering Operations, Internal Control, Business Strategy and Internal Audit.
Olumide has extensive experience in Management and business advisory services with specific emphasis on bank relationship management, bank audit, taxes and revenue remittances.
Olumide is a Associate Consultant in the firm and manages our Port Harcourt office with responsibility for the South South and the South East.
Abolade Musbau Ayodele
Ayodele is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria. He also holds an HND in Accountancy from Ilaro Polytechnics and an MBA from Federal University of Technology, Akure.
Musbau had his training with Ibikunle Amosun & Co (Chartered Accountants) where he acquired wide experience before he joined Roadmarks Nigeria Limited. He rose to the position of the financial controller in Roadmarks before he left to join our firm in 2007.
Musbau is a Senior Manager in Temitope Awe & Co. (Chartered Accountants).
